Summer Shred

What is the Summer Shred? This is a jumpstart into the summer to shed unwanted bodyfat, tone up, learn how to eat in order to perform, and to be a healthier you!

Here’s How to Start…

  • Choose 30-Day’s or 60-Day’s depending on your goals
  • Take before photo w/ proof of date (your phone, watch, newspaper, etc.)
  • Weigh in (take photo of this as well)
  • Download MyFitnessPal app (create account if you don’t already have one)
  • You will also need an after photo with same proof of day and a final weigh in

This challenge will begin on April 17th and end May 16th (end of the day) for the 30-day transformation, with the 60-day transformation ending on June 15th (end of the day.) I will be giving each participant a meal plan that fits with your goals and I will be giving away a prize to the most improved over the 30- day and 60- day shred! This will not be based solely on the scale. This can be more about accountability with your nutrition, instead of what the scale says b/c we all know that’s not the end all be all when it comes to feeling better in our own skin!  Click the link below to sign up!
